Remove Banned User from Server Firewall
If a user reports they are not able to access our websites, they most likely have been banned by the server firewall. This occurs when a user tries login to a password protected area of the site 5 times unsuccessfully. If a user reports this problem do the following:
- Send user an email using the Request Internet IP Address template.
- Login to Downtown Host Support.
- Submit a ticket using the Remove Banned User from Firewall template.
- Send user an email using the You Now Have Access to Our Websites template.
